* A new Advertiser that has never purchased Premier Agent advertising or is not an existing advertiser at any time before April 17, 2025 (“New Advertiser”), or existing Advertisers outside of their Initial Term and existing Advertisers within their Initial Term ("Existing Advertiser") are eligible to receive a one-time ad credit provided that Advertiser maintains a Monthly Minimum of at least 1,000 as identified on Advertiser's Ad Order.
