Select users can also begin using the new Comparative Market Analysis (beta) and other local market insights within the Summary tab. We're hard at work polishing additional features and expanding access of Listing IQ reports within Zillow Workspace.

Comparative Market Analysis

The Comparative Market Analysis empowers agents to fine-tune AI-chosen comparables to meet specific valuation requirements. Agents can manually compare, filter, and select properties, or utilize the map drawing tool to define custom geographic boundaries. Additionally, the valuation range is fully editable to seamlessly support your client conversations.

The Comparative Market Analysis is currently available only to select pilot participants. We're gathering feedback and fine-tuning the experience to make it even more valuable for agents and their clients. We're excited to expand access in the near future—stay tuned for broader availability!
