Listing overview

Days active
The number of days a property has been listed for sale, up until it goes pending.

Total page views
The total number of times your listing has been viewed since it went live, including repeat page views by the same unique user. It also shows the trend compared to similar listings.

Total saves
The number of times users have saved your listing. For Showcase and Preview homes the dashboard also displays a comparison to saves of similar non-Showcase listings or non-Preview listings.

Total shares
The total number of times users have shared your listing. For Showcase and Preview homes the dashboard also displays a comparison to similar non-Showcase listings or non-Preview listings.
Note: When comparison data is available, listing performance is evaluated against similar listings on Zillow using factors such as property type, price range, location, and other search criteria. Comparison views may vary depending on if you are viewing Showcase or Preview performance.

Listing Performance Dashboard
Listing Performance Dashboard gives a clear, visual view of how listings are performing on Zillow. Depending on the products you use, it includes different views for different listing experiences:
- Showcase performance helps agents understand how a listing performs on Zillow after it goes live, including shopper engagement such as page views, saves, shares, and audience trends over time.
- Preview performance helps agents understand how a listing is engaging shoppers on Zillow before it goes live. It highlights pre-market activity so agents can see early interest and better explain listing momentum to sellers before the home becomes active.
Insights

Buyers viewing your listing
This graph displays the total number of page views since your listing went live on Zillow. For eligible Preview and Showcase listings it is the average number of page views on similar non-Showcase listings and non-Preview pages. This allows you to track the level of interest in the home over the life of the listing.
For Preview listings, the chart may also highlight activity that occurred before the listing went live, making it easier to understand pre-market interest separately from live-listing performance.
Note: A green break indicates the period of time during which a listing was removed from the market.

Buyers engaging with your listing
This graph shows listing activities through page views, saves, and shares, compared to the average performance of similar listings on Zillow. These metrics are helpful when used to highlight the effectiveness of your listings in future presentations and other marketing.

Email engagement
The number of emails delivered shows how many potential buyers or sellers have received information via email about the listing. The number of emails opened reflects the total number of recipients who opened your email.
Note: Open rates are reported by third-party email processors and may vary.

Views by state/city
These charts break down buyer activity on Zillow by location to help you understand local demand.

Preview activity before your listing goes live
For Preview listings, Listing Performance Dashboard can show shopper activity generated while the home was in preview before it became active on Zillow. This gives agents a clearer picture of early interest and helps tell a more complete performance story.
The highlighted pre-live section shows activity that happened during the preview period, making it easier to distinguish interest generated before the listing went live from engagement after it became active.

We are still in the early days of providing Showcase listing performance insights and are continuing to test and improve the feature. In some instances, data for a Showcase listing doesn't come through as expected and performance insights can't be displayed. How do you define similar listings when compared to Showcase listings?
Showcase listing performance is evaluated against other non-Showcase listings (For Sale By Agent listings) on Zillow. This includes nearby homes with similar property type, price ranges and other search criteria.
When can I expect to see aggregated Showcase performance at the agent, workspace and enterprise levels?
We know this is a highly requested feature and our goal is to launch this functionality soon.
Can I share the Showcase performance metrics with my sellers?
Yes! We encourage you to download and share this data with your sellers. To do this, click “Share report” in the top right corner of the Overall performance section.

Showcase listings receive amplified exposure on Zillow to get your listing in front of more shoppers, but listing performance and outcomes are influenced by a number of factors, including local market dynamics, seasonality, and listing price. Showcase performance data is designed to keep you and your seller informed and can be a good starting point with sellers should conversations about listing strategy be necessary.
Why are the views, saves and shares for my Showcase listings different from what’s displayed on Zillow/in Zillow’s owner dashboard?
- Zillow: Views, saves, and shares on Zillow home details pages reflect the last 30 days of activity for all listings, including Showcase listings.
- Showcase performance: Showcase performance insights are designed to help agents and their sellers gain a deeper understanding of how shoppers engaged with their Showcase listing during its entire active period. Agents accessing Showcase performance insights will see the total number of views, saves, and shares since the Showcase listing went live. These metrics stop accumulating if the listing goes to pending, to give agents and their sellers a more precise picture of engagement during the Showcase listing’s active status. Agents and sellers can always visit the Zillow property page for their listing to see activity in the last 30 days.
What are Days active on Zillow?
Days active refers to the number of days a property has been listed for sale. Days on Zillow is calculated based on the list date provided by the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) or the date the Showcase listing went live.
Why is the Days on Zillow (DOZ) shown to agents for their Showcase listings different from what’s on Zillow?
- Zillow: For all home details pages on Zillow, including Showcase listings, the Days on Zillow calculation includes the time a listing is pending, and the counter stops when the listing goes off-market.
- Showcase performance: Within the Showcase performance insights, the metric is called Days Active on Zillow and stops during any pending periods during the life of the listing to give agents and their sellers a more precise picture of engagement during the Showcase listing’s active status. Agents can always visit the Zillow property page for their listing to see the total number of days the listing has been on Zillow before it’s sold, including any pending period(s).
What is Preview performance?
Preview performance helps agents understand how a listing is engaging shoppers before it goes live on Zillow. It gives visibility into pre-market activity so agents can better communicate early interest and listing momentum to sellers.
